Mattress Shipping Conditions and Disclaimers:

The Bed Shoppe can ship mattresses to most US addresses. A valid, physical address that can receive mail is required to ship a mattress. Delivery service may not be available depending on the provided address. Call us at 434-993-2119 to learn more.

All mattress warranties are offered by the manufacturers, not by The Bed Shoppe. View the information below for information on each warranty and how to submit a warranty.

Price Match/Low Price Guarantee Conditions and Disclaimers:

The Bed Shoppe works to keep competitive, fair prices on all products. If you find a mattress we sell for a better price somewhere else, we are happy to match competitors' prices! To receive a price match, documentation of the lower price with a date, such as a quote or ad (digital or physical), may be required. Price-matches may not apply to certain competitors' sales, including, but not limited to: clearance, blowout, doorbuster, and store-closing sales. The Bed Shoppe reserves the final right to determine whether a price or product is eligible for price matching.

Shed Conditions and Disclaimers:

The Bed Shoppe, Beds and Sheds, Better Built Sheds, and any agents are NOT responsible for permits, setbacks, restrictions, or covenants that may or may not be required when placing a shed on the intended property. PLEASE contact your local codes department or Homeowners Association. It is up to the customer to decide whether ground conditions are suitable for delivery. Better Built Sheds is NOT responsible for yard or driveway damage to buried utilities. Free delivery and setup includes ONE TRIP; additional trips may incur CHARGES to the customer. Does not include ground anchors. First 30 miles free delivery from the lot; thereafter, $3.75 per mile. Free setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3 ft. Customer is responsible for paying $4.00 per block to the Driver at the time of delivery. Note: 12, 14, and 16 wide buildings are measured eve to eve.

Rent-to-own deposits range from $100.00 to $1,500.00, depending on the width of the shed. Contact sales@thebedshoppe.com for more information.

Shed Warranty:

Stated shed warranties do not include used, repo, and/or discounted buildings. Seller warrants to original user of the portable building(s), provided the building(s) remains at original delivered location that the portable building(s) sold hereunder will be warranted against the rot, and/or decay of treated materials for the life of the building(s), against termite infestation of all treated materials for 20 years, and defects in material or craftsmanship within 5 years of the original delivery date not including damage caused by external sources such as wind damage to shingles. Seller’s sole obligation and purchaser's sole remedy under this Warranty is replacement of the portable building(s), or at Seller's option, the defective portion thereof that Seller finds is defective in material or craftsmanship within the warranty time period. Any replacement performed under this Warranty will be performed by Seller or Seller's agent. The above warranty will be null and void in the event that the portable building(s) are altered by purchaser, or have been, in Seller's sole judgment, subject to negligence, improper maintenance or misuse or moved from original delivered location. Seller’s liability is further limited as provided by the Limitation of Liability section of these terms and conditions.
